When we have a job that is too big for hand setting it is cast on our computer-operated Monotype machine. We mark up a text file with character control tags, which tells the caster the order in which the letters are to be made. The software produces a PDF proof that shows the copy line-for-line with the final setting, but not the appearance of the type.

You can see the type faces we have and their sizes here.
